Learning & DevelopmentIdentify training and development needs through performance reviews, business requirements, and stakeholder consultations.Design, coordinate, and implement learning and development programs.Develop annual training plans and learning calendars.Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.Manage onboarding and orientation learning programs for new employees.Training ManagementCoordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and certifications.Liaise with training providers, universities, and consultants.Maintain training records, attendance reports, and learning documentation.Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.Talent DevelopmentSupport career development, succession planning, and employee growth initiatives.Assist in developing Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees.Support leadership development and high-potential employee programs.Promote continuous learning and professional development opportunities.Performance & ReportingTrack learning KPIs and prepare periodic reports.Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and business outcomes.Maintain accurate learning and development data and records.Provide recommendations to improve employee performance through development initiatives.Policy & ComplianceEnsure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.Review and update learning and development procedures and guidelines.Support HR audits and reporting related to training and development activities.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
