Leasing Manager - Resturants/F&B

Position: Leasing Manager

Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure suitable locations for new restaurant/QSR openings.Lead lease negotiations, renewals, restructurings and commercial terms with landlords and developers.Manage an active portfolio of restaurant/F&B leases and ensure timely renewals and compliance.Evaluate potential sites based on catchment, footfall, accessibility, visibility, competition and commercial viability.Prepare commercial analysis, rent comparisons and financial models to support leasing decisions.Manage site acquisition from initial identification through lease signing and opening.Coordinate corporate/franchisor approval processes and ensure required documentation is completed.Manage lease closures, relocations and other portfolio changes where required.Maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers and key market stakeholders across the UAE.Requirements8+ years of commercial real estate/leasing experience.Minimum 5 years of direct F&B, restaurant or QSR leasing experience.At least 3 years at Leasing Manager or equivalent level, with independent negotiation and portfolio ownership.Proven experience in restaurant/QSR site acquisition and openings, with a track record of delivering multiple sites.Strong occupier-side / operator-side experience; landlord-side or agency-only profiles will not be considered.Strong knowledge of the Dubai and Sharjah commercial property markets.Demonstrated experience in lease negotiations, rent restructuring, renewals and site acquisition.Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, with the ability to analyse rental and occupancy costs.Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.UAE driving licence and own vehicle are mandatory due to regular site visits.Fluent business English; Arabic is an advantage.
