VLegal is committed to long-term, transparent relationships that help clients navigate the legal landscape with clarity and assurance.Role Description The Legal Associate (Arabic) will be a full-time, on-site team member based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and translating legal documents and contracts in Arabic and English, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Legal Associate will conduct legal research on local and regional laws, analyze legal risks, and support the development of legal strategies across corporate, commercial, and emerging technology matters. Daily responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of client advice, managing case files, coordinating with external stakeholders, and supporting negotiations where needed. The role also requires close collaboration with senior consultants to deliver high-quality, timely legal solutions that align with VLegal’s strategic and client-focused approach.Qualifications Solid foundation in Law, with knowledge of corporate and commercial legal frameworks in the UAE and broader MENA region.Demonstrated experience in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and translating contracts, agreements, and legal opinions in Arabic and English.Strong Analytical Skills to interpret legislation, assess legal risks, and support strategic decision-making.Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in Arabic and English, and the ability to present complex legal issues in an accessible manner.Ability to identify, assess, and address Legal Issues across corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); admission to practice or relevant certification in a Middle Eastern jurisdiction is an advantage.Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office; familiarity with technology, cyber law, or emerging technologies is a plus.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
