Location: Dubai, UAE | Full-time | On-siteWe are a Dubai-based law firm seeking a polished, articulate, and highly professional Legal Client Relations Executive to manage client communications, maintain strong client relationships, and coordinate the day-to-day follow-up of legal matters.This role is ideal for a law graduate with solid UAE experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent a law firm with confidence, discretion, and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients.Maintain regular client communication and provide timely updates on ongoing legal matters, in coordination with the responsible lawyers.Follow up on client inquiries, documentation, appointments, and pending requirements.Coordinate meetings and ensure a smooth, professional client experience.Maintain accurate client records, communication logs, and follow-up schedules.Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.Support client on boarding, follow-ups, and relationship development.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or an equivalent legal qualification.Previous professional experience in the UAE within a law firm or legal consultancy.Excellent command of both Arabic and English, written and spoken.Outstanding verbal communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.A professional, polished, and presentable appearance appropriate for a client-facing legal role.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.High levels of discretion, emotional intelligence, and professional maturity.Familiarity with the UAE business environment and legal services sector.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who combines legal knowledge with exceptional people skills: a confident communicator who can put clients at ease, communicate clearly, follow through on commitments, and represent the firm to a high professional standard.
