Legal Lawyer – Corporate & Commercial

Role OverviewParis Group is seeking an experienced Legal Lawyer – Corporate & Commercial with strong expertise in corporate and commercial law, leasing agreements, fit-out contracts, employment law, and litigation. The ideal candidate will provide practical legal advice, manage contractual matters, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with UAE laws and applicable GCC regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, negotiate, and manage corporate agreements, commercial contracts, leasing agreements, and fit-out/construction contracts.Advise on tenancy matters, lease renewals, contractual obligations, terminations, and property-related legal issues.Provide legal guidance on UAE Labour Law, employment contracts, HR policies, employee disputes, and termination procedures.Handle legal disputes, prepare legal notices, pleadings, memoranda, and court documentation, and coordinate with external law firms.Identify contractual and commercial risks, recommend appropriate legal solutions, and protect the company's interests.Ensure compliance with UAE corporate, commercial, employment, and property-related legislation, as well as applicable GCC laws.Collaborate with management and internal departments to provide legal advice and support business operations.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or an equivalent legal qualification.Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience in the UAE.Proven experience in corporate and commercial law, leasing agreements, and fit-out or construction contracts.Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, litigation procedures, dispute resolution, and contract management.Practical experience in legal drafting, negotiations, legal notices, and court documentation.Good understanding of UAE legislation and applicable GCC laws.Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Arabic proficiency is mandatory; fluency in English is essential.Interested?
