The therapist will deliver a range of beauty and wellness treatments, including cryotherapy-based services and skin care protocols, in line with °CRYO.com standards and local regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, assessing client needs, explaining treatment options, and performing procedures safely and professionally. The role involves maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, adhering to hygiene and safety guidelines, and accurately documenting services. The therapist will also provide attentive customer service, support client retention through follow-up and care advice, and collaborate with the team to achieve service quality and business goals.Qualifications Professional training and licensing in cosmetology, with demonstrated knowledge of beauty and wellness treatments.Strong skills in hair removal techniques, including waxing or threading, with attention to hygiene and client comfort.Experience or certification in laser hair removal, with a focus on safety protocols and appropriate client assessment.Proficiency in skin care treatments, including facials, basic peels, and product recommendations tailored to different skin types.Excellent customer service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a professional, empathetic approach.Ability to follow clinical and safety procedures, maintain a clean work environment, and manage treatment documentation accurately.Willingness to learn and apply °CRYO.com treatment protocols and technology, with openness to ongoing training and development.Prior experience in a spa, clinic, or wellness center is preferred; fluency in English required, additional languages are an advantage.
