Loan IQ Senior Analyst (India)

As a Loan IQ Senior Analyst, you will provide technical expertise and support across project deliverables, ensuring reliable and sustainable Loan IQ implementations. You will collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to design, develop, and optimise Loan IQ solutions, supporting development, testing, and migration activities across global programmes.What You'll Do and How You'll SucceedTechnical Analysis & SupportProvide expert technical input into Loan IQ system architecture and design.Liaise with application and infrastructure teams to support project deliverables.Create and maintain documentation for technical design and infrastructure.Support development, testing, and implementation stages of Loan IQ projects.Install and upgrade Loan IQ environments.Domain ExpertiseProvide hands‑on expertise with Loan IQ SDK development and native APIs.Build Postman payloads for regression testing, data migration, and enrichment.Apply functional knowledge of loan products and syndication processes.Work with messaging systems such as IBM MQ.Support data migration activities, providing technical and functional system expertise.Use EVM scripting (XQ queries) for interfacing with downstream systems.Design and generate reports using DataNet (preferred).Apply knowledge of data conversion tools (DCT) (preferred).Governance & AssuranceEnsure adherence to project lifecycle methodologies (SSADM, Waterfall, UML, DSDM, Agile, RAD).Document risks, issues, and provide solution options for stakeholder decision‑making.Provide oversight to ensure business teams are supported across regions.Align Loan IQ services with downstream system owners for consistency and efficiency.Monitoring & Continuous ImprovementAnalyse system performance and implement improvements.Support continuous integration and deployment practices.Drive continuous improvement in Loan IQ technical delivery and migration strategies.We'd Love to Hear From You If...ExperienceYou have at least 5+ years of experience with Loan IQ platform and SDK development.You have functional knowledge of loan products and syndication processes.You have experience working with stakeholders across UK, US, and APAC regions.Technical ExpertiseYou have expertise in Loan IQ data models and components.You have strong SQL knowledge.You have experience with IBM MQ or similar messaging systems.You have familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems, with ability to write shell and batch programs.You have expertise in cloud‑based solutions.You have knowledge of CI/CD tools.You have experience with EVM scripting, DataNet reporting, and DCT tools (preferred).Ways of WorkingYou communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.You collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.You balance governance with execution, ensuring risks are managed and decisions are made.You act with integrity, resilience, and accountability in fast‑paced environments.---Who We AreThakral One is a consulting and technology services company headquartered in Singapore, with a pan-Asian presence.
