Local Implementation Manager (LIM) - Sales

Drive One of the Most Exciting Business Transformations in the Automotive Industry 🚀We are looking for an experienced Local Implementation Manager (LIM) to play a key role in a large-scale SAP transformation program that will shape the future of our automotive operations.Job Purpose: The Local Implementation Manager (LIM) plays a critical role in driving business readiness and adoption for a major SAP transformation program. Acting as the key link between business stakeholders and the SAP Programme Team, the LIM ensures operational requirements, regulatory obligations, and business objectives are fully aligned throughout the implementation journey.This role is responsible for coordinating business requirements, stakeholder engagement, testing, training, data readiness, and go-live preparation to support a smooth and successful SAP rollout. The LIM works closely with business leaders, process owners, and key users to ensure the organization is prepared for change, while promoting standardized SAP processes and sustainable business adoption.The successful candidate will be accountable for local business readiness, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and post-go-live stabilization, helping to deliver a seamless digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Requirements & Process AlignmentGather, validate, challenge, and prioritize business requirementsEnsure local operational, regulatory, tax, and compliance requirements are capturedPromote SAP standard processes while managing approved local exceptionsCoordinate business review and approval of future-state processesStakeholder & Communication ManagementServe as the primary business contact for the SAP programmeEngage senior leaders, process owners, and key users to drive decisions and alignmentCommunicate programme impacts, milestones, dependencies, and required actionsReadiness Planning & Implementation CoordinationOwn and manage the business readiness plan.Ensure business resources are available for workshops, testing, training, and cutover activities.Track readiness milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverablesChange Management & User AdoptionLead local change management and business engagement activities.Coordinate training participation and monitor user readiness.Address adoption challenges and support post-go-live process complianceData Readiness & ValidationCoordinate business ownership of data cleansing and validation activitiesEnsure data quality, completeness, and business sign-off before migrationSupport migration readiness checkpoints and issue resolutionTesting & Business AcceptanceLead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) readiness and executionEnsure realistic end-to-end business scenarios are testedCoordinate defect management, resolution tracking, and business sign-offCutover, Go-Live & HypercareLead business cutover planning and readiness assessments.Coordinate go-live activities and business support resources.Support hypercare activities and transition to steady-state operationsRisk & Issue ManagementProactively identify implementation risks and business impactsEscalate critical issues and decisions to leadership and programme governanceTrack mitigation plans and ensure accountability for resolutionWhat We're Looking For:Experience:At least one full SAP rollout, from design to hypercare, as LIM, key user lead or functional consultantPrevious experience as a Local Implementation Manager, SAP Functional Consultant, Key User Lead, Business Transformation Lead, or similar roleAutomotive dealership experience preferredUAE/GCC experience preferredWorking knowledge of SAP SD, SAP VSS, and SAP C4C processes is highly desirableSkills & Qualifications:Strong understanding of business operations, process improvement, and change management Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authorityProven experience coordinating testing, training, data readiness, and operational transitionsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field (Master's Degree is an advantage)Apply now and become a key driver of our digital transformation journey 🚀
