This project involves developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models to improve performance on domain-specific datasets and integrating them into production applications. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.Key Responsibilities & DeliverablesThis role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:Developing and fine-tuning machine learning models to improve performance on domain-specific datasets.Integrating AI models into production applications via scalable REST or gRPC APIs.Implementing data preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines to ensure high-quality model inputs.Monitoring model performance in production and executing retraining loops to combat model drift.Troubleshooting performance bottlenecks in the model inference path to minimize latency for end-users.Required Skills & Experience:We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:4+ years of experience in Machine Learning or Software Engineering.Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and scikit-learn. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based ML platforms (SageMaker, Vertex AI).Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team.
