Management Accountant (hospitality)

About the RoleWe are partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing organisation in Central London who are seeking the appointment of Management Accountant. This is a newly created position for a talented and ambitious Studying Management Accountant ideally from a hospitality background. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate with around 2 years’ experience who is looking to develop within a creative, fast-paced industry. Working closely with senior finance stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting commercial decision-making, and driving performance across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysisSupporting budgeting and forecasting processesAssisting with financial reporting and month-end close activitiesPartnering with non-finance teams to provide financial insight and analysisMonitoring stock, margins, and cost performance across retail channelsSupporting process improvements and system enhancementsAssisting with audit requirements and statutory reportingAbout YouYou will be part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) or a finalist and actively progressing with your studies. Having approximately two years of experience in a finance role and applying this in a hospitality sector. My client is seeking someone who is proactive, driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
