Manager - Accounting Advisory

What You Will Do● Drive Transformation Delivery: Be part of end-to-end finance transformation projects, from strategy through to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables for multinational organizations.● Support the largest companies in the world: Ensure all clients are taken care of by assisting with hands-on financial information package, analysis, M&A, etc. in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.● Solve complex problems: We are dedicated to providing innovative strategies and superior service to help leaders in accounting, finance, and technology navigate complicated issues:Our firm is committed to addressing complex issues faced by leaders in the industry to help them navigate a changing landscape through innovative thinking and exceptional services.● Strategic Data-Driven Execution: Directly analyze complex financial performance data to diagnose operational inefficiencies and lead the hands-on implementation of concrete process enhancements for client operations.● Change Management: Design and implement change strategies to ensure smooth transitions for global finance teams adopting new technologies and processes.● Business Partnering: Maintain clear, professional, and effective correspondence with both firm leadership and client management. Qualifications Required● Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience at a Big 4 (must have) coupled with industry experience (great to have).● CPA or progression towards, preferred.● Demonstrated expertise in technical auditing and analysis, including a deep understanding of Financial Accounting Services Board (FASB) standards and U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).● Evidence of steady professional advancement and a consistent employment history.● Bachelor’s degree or higher, in Finance or Accounting.● Advanced proficiency in analyzing financial issues to develop dependable, evidence-based solutions for organizational change.● Ability to learn quickly, make an immediate impact, and provide value-added service to our clients.● Travel across the United States might be required and will be determined by specific client needs.A clear, structured path toward Senior Management.● Work on high-visibility projects with global footprints.● High-Impact Work: Solve compelling problems for the world’s leading organizations.
