CoordinatorRole OverviewThe Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, facilitating communication, coordinating team members, and supporting the successful execution of organizational programs and projects.Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily operations, meetings, training sessions, workshops, and events.- Maintain effective communication between management, team members, trainers, and external stakeholders.- Assist in planning and implementing educational programs, research initiatives, and technology-focused activities.- Monitor assigned tasks, maintain progress records, and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.- Support recruitment, onboarding, team engagement, and internal coordination.- Assist with outreach, partnerships, social media coordination, and community engagement.- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support administrative activities.- Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Management, Business Administration, IT, Social Sciences, or a related field.- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and work effectively within a team.- Familiarity with digital productivity tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to professional growth.2. Deputy ManagerRole OverviewThe Deputy Manager will support senior management in overseeing organizational operations, supervising teams, implementing projects, and ensuring that programs align with YARI Pakistan's objectives.Key Responsibilities- Assist in developing and implementing operational plans and organizational strategies.- Supervise coordinators and team members, ensuring accountability and effective performance.- Oversee the planning and execution of training programs, workshops, events, and research initiatives.- Establish project timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.- Prepare performance reports, project updates, and management documentation.- Build relationships with educational institutions, technology professionals, organizations, and potential partners.- Identify opportunities for collaboration, program development, and organizational growth.- Support recruitment, team development, performance evaluation, and process improvement.- Coordinate with senior management to achieve organizational goals and operational targets.Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related discipline.- Relevant experience in project coordination, team supervision, operations, or organizational management.- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and guide team members effectively.- Familiarity with technology, research, education, or youth development initiatives is an advantage.3.
