The role sits where three areas meet: financial systems, the enterprise data warehouse, and business insights. You will design and manage Jushi's data warehouse and database structures, keep financial and operational systems connected and reconciled, and build the dashboards and analyses leadership uses to make decisions. You will work hands-on in code, writing SQL, Python, and pipeline logic, while also partnering with Finance, Operations, and executive leadership as a trusted advisor. The ideal candidate is a technical builder with a finance-minded view of the business. You understand how a general ledger, a point-of-sale system, and an inventory platform fit together, and you can model that data so it produces one consistent version of the truth. Success means more than delivering reports: it means leaders trust the numbers, understand what drives them, and act on what they see. What You Will DoOwn the design, build, and management of Jushi's enterprise data warehouse, using dimensional modeling (star schemas, fact and dimension tables) and sound database design. Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and APIs that integrate POS, ERP, HR, Retail, Cultivation, Manufacturing, and inventory data. Write and optimize production SQL and Python, applying version control, code review, and performance tuning. Establish data governance, including data dictionaries, lineage, access controls, and documentation. Serve as the primary data and systems partner to Finance and Accounting across the ERP, general ledger, and related platforms. Reconcile financial data so the warehouse ties to the general ledger and to source systems such as POS and inventory. Support month-end and quarter-end close by automating data feeds, reconciliations, and recurring financial reports. Support system implementations, audits, and regulatory reporting with accurate, well-documented data. Partner with executives and department heads to translate business objectives into KPIs, dashboards, and analyses. Lead Power BI development, including dashboards, semantic models, DAX, and row-level security, with consistent standards and metric definitions. Build executive scorecards that show performance by state, location, and function. Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning with statistical and predictive analysis. Set the data and BI roadmap and priorities in partnership with leadership. Lead, mentor, and develop analysts and developers. Partner with IT and vendors on integrations and security, and train business users on self-service reporting. Automate manual processes and promote data-driven decision-making across the organization. RequiredWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 7+ years in data architecture, data engineering, or business intelligence, including 2+ years leading a team or major projects. Proven experience designing and managing an enterprise data warehouse, including dimensional modeling (star schema) and ETL/ELT pipelines. Expert SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning) and strong Python for automation and integration. Advanced Power BI skills: semantic models, DAX, Power Query, row-level security, and workspace governance. Experience integrating ERP and financial data (general ledger, chart of accounts, month-end close) with operational sources such as POS and inventory. Track record of turning business and finance requirements into KPIs, dashboards, and executive-ready insights. PreferredExperience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, Azure SQL), Snowflake, or Databricks. Hands-on ERP experience, such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Sage Intacct. Microsoft certifications such as PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst) or DP-600 (Fabric Analytics Engineer). Git and CI/CD practices for data and reporting code. Experience in cannabis or another highly regulated, multi-location industry. CORE COMPETENCIESFinancial acumen: understands how operational activity flows into financial results. Communicates technical work and findings clearly to executives and non-technical users. Balances hands-on technical work with team leadership and strategy. Holds a high standard for data accuracy, security, and documentation. Manages competing priorities in a fast-paced, multi-state environment.
