We’re looking for a Manager - Card Sales to lead the growth of our Credit Card portfolio and expand our market footprint across key customer segments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive credit card acquisition and portfolio growth.Lead, motivate, and coach the sales force to consistently achieve individual and team targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through innovative campaigns, partnerships, and market activations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Digital, and Branch Banking) to design and execute promotional activities that boost card visibility and usage.Build and nurture strategic partnerships with merchants, corporates, and affinity groups to strengthen the brand presence and attract premium clientele.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.Ensure a culture of performance, motivation, and accountability within the team to drive sustainable growth.Candidate Profile7–10 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity leading a sales team within a bank or a non-bank financial institution.Prior experience in credit card sales or payment solutions will be a distinct advantage.Full or part qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline from a recognized local or international institute.Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.Energetic, target-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional results.Why Join Us?You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team that values initiative, innovation, and results.
