Key Responsibilities

-Lead the creative design team and define the brand's visual identity across digital and offline platforms.Drive creative direction for websites, mobile apps, social media, emailers, campaigns, packaging, and marketing collateral.Mentor and manage a team of designers while ensuring high-quality, on-brand creative output.Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Brand, and Development teams to deliver impactful campaigns and product launches.Ensure brand consistency and stay ahead of design trends to drive innovation.

Requirements

9+ years of experience in Graphic Design with 3–4 years in a leadership role.Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital marketing, and campaign creatives.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.Experience in e-commerce, retail, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands is preferred.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills.📩 Interested candidates can share their updated resume and portfolio at saumya@skyleafconsultants.com or connect with me directly.
