Manager - Project Management Design - Mixed-Use - Urban Core (REQ737)

We're looking for a delivery-focused design project manager who can operate effectively across multiple disciplines and drive design development through to successful construction delivery. Support the successful design and project delivery of major Urban Core developments, ensuring design activities are effectively coordinated across consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders, while maintaining alignment with programme, quality, cost and overall project objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate the design process from concept through detailed design and construction deliverySupport the development and implementation of project design strategies, programmes and deliverablesCoordinate multidisciplinary design consultants, contractors and key project stakeholdersMonitor design progress, identify risks and drive timely resolution of design and interface issuesManage design reviews, technical coordination, approvals and design change processesEnsure designs meet project requirements, quality standards, constructability and delivery objectivesWork closely with Development, Commercial, Construction, Planning and other project functionsSupport procurement activities, consultant management and contractor design coordinationProvide clear reporting on design progress, risks, key decisions and required actionsRequirementsDegree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related disciplineAt least 7+ years of experience in design management and project management within major construction or development programmesExperience delivering large-scale mixed-use, commercial, retail, hospitality or urban development projectsStrong understanding of the full design lifecycle through to construction and handoverClient-side/developer experience preferred, with strong consultant and contractor coordination capabilitiesMiddle East and major complex development experience highly advantageous
