Manager - Risk and Control

An opportunity to join a regional change and transformation team within a leading international financial institution. This role will support business and technology initiatives across private banking and wealth management platform, focusing on trade controls, surveillance processes, regulatory change and operational improvements. The position offers broad exposure across Front Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology teams.ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse and document business requirements across trading, control and surveillance processes.Partner with Front Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology teams to deliver business change initiatives.Support the design and enhancement of pre-trade and post-trade controls to strengthen risk management and regulatory compliance.Facilitate UAT, process reviews, issue resolution and implementation activities.Track project deliverables, timelines, dependencies and stakeholder communications.RequirementsExperience in risk controls, business analysis, project management or change management within financial services.Good understanding of the trade lifecycle, including order placement, execution, booking and settlement.Experience working with investment products and control frameworks within private banking, wealth management or capital markets.Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communicator.
