Department: Marketing & StrategyAbout the RoleThe Marketing Assistant position is designed for someone at the beginning of their careerwho wants broad exposure to how modern digital marketing actually works.Rather than spending your entire day on one task, you'll gain experience across content,social media, SEO, paid advertising, websites, research, analytics, CRM andcampaign coordination.You'll support both client projects and Savvy Signature's internal marketing while workingwith team members across India and Australia.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a strong foundation beforeeventually specialising in areas such as digital strategy, SEO, paid media, content, accountmanagement, CRM or marketing automation.What You'll Be Responsible For:Marketing Coordination● Assist with planning and maintaining marketing calendars.● Coordinate campaign tasks between internal team members.● Support social media planning, scheduling and publishing.● Assist with client campaign execution.● Update internal project trackers and marketing documentation.● Monitor deadlines and help ensure deliverables progress on schedule.Content & SEO● Assist with website, blog, newsletter and social media content.● Conduct keyword and competitor research.● Support SEO content optimisation.● Research industry trends and content opportunities.● Assist with basic website content updates.● Support internal linking and on-page optimisation activities.Digital Marketing● Support Google Ads and Meta Ads teams where required.● Assist with campaign research and competitor analysis.● Help review landing pages and marketing funnels.● Support email marketing and CRM activities.● Assist with reporting and campaign documentation.Research & Reporting● Conduct competitor and market research.● Help prepare client reports and presentations.● Collect and organise campaign performance information.● Assist with website and campaign audits.● Research new marketing platforms, technologies and AI tools.What We Are Looking For:● Excellent written and verbal English.● Strong attention to detail.● Genuine interest in marketing and business.● Good research and analytical abilities.● Strong organisational skills.● Ability to work across multiple projects.● Comfortable using spreadsheets, presentations and online platforms.● Willingness to learn unfamiliar tools.● Ability to receive feedback positively and improve quickly.Previous exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, WordPress,Canva, Figma, CRM systems or marketing automation is advantageous but notmandatory.WHY JOIN SAVVY SIGNATURE?Build More Than a CV.
