About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team full time. This is an execution-focused role for someone who can follow instructions carefully, work independently, communicate clearly, and take ownership of assigned tasks.Main ResponsibilitiesConduct online research on competitors, websites, keywords, prospects, trends, and marketing opportunitiesAssist with SEO tasks, including keyword research, competitor research, SERP analysis, content research, and content updatesUpload, format, and update articles, landing pages, images, links, and other website contentPerform outreach to websites, publishers, partners, influencers, and potential collaboratorsFind relevant websites and contact information and build prospect listsTrack outreach, placements, links, replies, and campaign progressSupport Reddit, forums, social media, and other community marketing activities when requiredPrepare basic marketing and SEO reportsWork with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or similar platformsOrganize, clean, categorize, and maintain information in Google SheetsReview published work to ensure URLs, links, formatting, images, and information are correctKeep project trackers and task statuses updatedCoordinate with other team members and make sure assigned tasks are completed on timeFollow existing SOPs and help document new recurring processesIdentify and communicate problems, delays, missing information, or opportunities without waiting to be askedHandle other marketing and administrative tasks when neededWhat We Are Looking ForStrong written EnglishExcellent online research skillsGood knowledge of Google Sheets and Google DocsStrong attention to detailAbility to follow detailed instructions and SOPsGood organization and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesReliable and consistent with deadlinesComfortable working independentlyProactive communication when something is unclear or blockedWillingness to learn new tools and processesAble to commit to a full-time, 8-hour working dayNice to HaveExperience with any of the following is a plus:SEOGoogle Search ConsoleGoogle AnalyticsAhrefs / SemrushWordPress or other CMS platformsLink building and outreachReddit marketingContent marketingCanvaChatGPT and other AI toolsBasic data analysis and reportingPrevious experience is useful, but attitude, reliability, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly are equally important.
