Marketing Director

ScaleHouse Talent is partnering with a fast-growing residential home improvement company serving southeastern and central Wisconsin. With about $11 million in annual revenue and a team of 55 employees and contractors, the company plans to reach $17 million next year and $50 million within five years.The Marketing Director will own the company's marketing strategy and performance across the call center, field marketing, canvassing, events, digital, and social media. This leader will manage approximately five direct reports and work directly with ownership to align marketing investment with revenue goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with revenue and expansion goalsOwn the marketing budget, lead generation, and customer acquisitionOversee the full funnel, from lead generation through appointment setting and sales handoffTrack and improve cost per lead, cost per appointment, conversion, and marketing ROIPartner with the call center on lead management, scripting, and appointment qualityLead canvassing, brand ambassador programs, home shows, events, digital marketing, and outside agenciesLead, coach, and develop the marketing team with clear KPIs and accountabilityReport performance using Lead Perfection CRMQualifications5+ years of management experience leading marketing teamsProven results in lead generation and customer acquisitionExperience leading multiple channels, including call center, field marketing, events, and digitalStrong CRM experience, ideally with Lead PerfectionExperience managing budgets, ROI, and marketing agenciesComfortable working directly with ownership in an entrepreneurial settingHome improvement experience preferred; plumbing, electrical, or other home services backgrounds will be consideredCompensation & BenefitsBase salary plus performance-based bonus, commensurate with experienceMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance401(k)Relocation considered for qualified candidatesWho Is ScaleHouse Talent?We are the specialized recruiting engine behind the fastet-growing home remodeling companies in America.
