Marketing Manager

Ewan Development develops real estate and hospitality investment opportunities in the Kingdom and the region. We’re looking for a creative, highly organized Marketing Manager who can turn projects into stories people remember.What you’ll doLead the marketing strategy for our real estate projects, from pre-launch to sales.Create a clear creative concept for each project and campaign, covering the idea, tone, and visual direction, and keep every piece of content consistent with it.Plan and produce social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat) with a well-structured content calendar.Write and brief high-quality posts, captions, and campaign messages in Arabic and English.Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies, and manage briefs, timelines, and approvals.Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, project presentations, and launch campaigns.Track performance, analyze results, and continuously improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.Support the sales team with campaigns that generate qualified leads.What we’re looking for5+ years of marketing experience, with real estate, hospitality, or property development strongly preferred.A strong creative mind: you think in concepts and ideas, not just posts.A portfolio showing campaigns or content you have conceptualized and led.Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Strong writing skills in Arabic and English.Good understanding of social media platforms, paid ads, and digital analytics.Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.Why join usWork on unique real estate and hospitality projects.Freedom to shape the brand and creative direction.A fast-moving environment where good ideas get executed.📩 To apply, send your CV and portfolio to hr@alofoksa.com or apply directly via LinkedIn.
