Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for residential projects.Manage paid digital advertising across Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok.Drive lead generation, optimize conversion rates, and monitor campaign ROI.Oversee CRM integration, digital platforms, and marketing analytics.Manage marketing agencies, campaign budgets, and performance KPIs.Collaborate with Residential Sales teams to improve lead quality and sales conversions.Supervise marketing activities and ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.5–7 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in digital/performance marketing.Hands-on experience with paid media, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.Proven ability to manage marketing campaigns, budgets, and external agencies.Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.Proficiency in Arabic and English.Experience in residential real estate development or property marketing is highly preferred.
