Job Title: Consultant / Teacher – Mathematics (IIT-JEE Mains & Advanced)Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly passionate, result-oriented, and experienced Mathematics Teacher to join our team in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, concept-based lectures to students in classes 11, 12, and repeaters/droppers batches, preparing them rigorously for competitive exams like IIT-JEE (Mains & Advanced).Job Type: Full-time

Location: Mumbai (On-site)Core Academic ResponsibilitiesLecture Delivery: Conduct interactive classroom sessions covering Calculus, Algebra, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, and Vectors & 3D Geometry.Concept Simplification: Break down complex topics like definite integration, complex numbers, and permutations & combinations into easily digestible segments using visual graphing tools and analytical approaches.Curriculum Alignment: Design and follow a strict weekly lecture plan aligned with the changing patterns of NTA and the JEE Advanced board.Hybrid Teaching: Utilize digital tools, smartboards, and online portals to manage physical and digital classrooms seamlessly.Content Development & TestingMaterial Design: Author comprehensive theory booklets, quick-revision notes, and shortcut trick sheets for fast computation.Practice Problems: Create Daily Practice Problems (DPPs) categorized by difficulty levels (Easy, Medium, Hard).Test Creation: Build high-yield mock tests, chapter-wise quizzes, and full-length test series matching current JEE Main and Advanced trends.Answer Keys: Provide flawless, step-by-step written or video solutions with multiple methods of solving (where applicable) for all institutional test papers.Student Support & Performance TrackingDoubt Resolution: Dedicated hours to solve individual student queries face-to-face or via online discussion forums.Progress Monitoring: Analyze bi-weekly test data to identify weak areas for individual students.Remedial Action: Conduct backup and booster classes for underperforming students to bring them up to pace.Mentorship: Offer routine academic counseling to help students manage exam stress and improve time-management skills during lengthy math papers.Administrative & Parent EngagementParent-Teacher Meetings: Participate in PTMs to present objective performance reports to parents.Attendance Management: Track and report student absenteeism to the center management team promptly.Co-faculty Coordination: Work closely with Physics and Chemistry faculties to balance student workload.Required Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: B.Tech / M.Tech / Integrated M.Sc from an IIT (Indian Institute of Technology), NIT, or a premier national institute preferable.Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience coaching students specifically for the IIT-JEE Advanced domain.Track Record: A demonstrable history of mentoring students who achieved Top 1000 All India Ranks (AIR) in JEE.Subject Expertise: Deep conceptual mastery of higher-level Mathematics and rapid, accurate numerical and analytical problem-solving techniques.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to command and engage large classrooms.
