Location: Bisha, Saudi ArabiaIndustry: Energy / Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced IBM Maximo Specialist to support maintenance management and asset management activities at our project site in Bisha, Saudi Arabia.The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate asset records, managing maintenance work orders, supporting preventive maintenance planning, and coordinating with the site operations and maintenance team to ensure efficient maintenance processes and reliable system data.Key Responsibilities* Work Order Management: Create, update, track, and close maintenance work orders in IBM Maximo, ensuring that all relevant information is recorded accurately and on time.* Preventive Maintenance: Support the preparation, scheduling, and tracking of preventive maintenance (PM) plans, maintenance schedules, and routine inspection tasks.* Asset Management: Maintain and update equipment master data, asset registers, equipment hierarchies, and maintenance records in Maximo.* Maintenance Planning: Coordinate with site engineers and technicians to follow up on maintenance activities, work order progress, outstanding tasks, and equipment maintenance requirements.* Data Management & Reporting: Prepare regular reports on work order status, preventive maintenance completion, outstanding maintenance activities, and asset-related information.* System Data Quality: Review Maximo records to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with established maintenance procedures.* Documentation Management: Maintain maintenance histories, inspection records, equipment documentation, and other relevant technical records in the system.* Coordination & Follow-up: Work closely with the operations and maintenance team to ensure timely updates of maintenance activities and proper documentation of completed work.* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve Maximo data quality, work order workflows, maintenance planning, and overall system utilization.* Compliance: Support compliance with project maintenance procedures, HSE requirements, and applicable asset management standards.Qualifications & Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Asset Management, or a related field.* At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with IBM Maximo in maintenance management, asset management, or a related function.* Practical experience in work order management, preventive maintenance, asset records, and maintenance documentation.* Good computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.* Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate and organized records.* Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a multicultural team.* Willingness to work at the project site in Bisha, Saudi Arabia.Preferred Qualifications* Experience in the energy, power generation, electrical, industrial maintenance, or renewable energy sectors.* Experience supporting operation and maintenance (O&M) activities at power plants or battery energy storage system (BESS) projects.* Familiarity with preventive maintenance scheduling, asset hierarchies, maintenance KPIs, and equipment maintenance history.* Experience with Maximo reports, workflows, or data management functions.What We Offer* The opportunity to work on an energy infrastructure project in Saudi Arabia.* Exposure to asset management and maintenance operations in a power and energy environment.* An opportunity to collaborate with an international project team.
