Department: OperationsQualification: Master of Business Administration (MBA)Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Food & Beverage industryJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Food & Beverage Manager to oversee F&B operations, manage teams, control costs, improve service quality, and maximize revenue while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities* Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations and ensure smooth workflow.* Develop and implement operational plans to increase revenue and profitability.* Manage food costs, inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.* Monitor sales performance, expenses, and profitability through regular reports.* Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate F&B staff.* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.* Develop menus, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives.* Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints effectively.* Establish operational procedures and performance standards.* Coordinate with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations departments.* Prepare periodic reports on sales, costs, inventory, and operational performance.Required Qualifications & Requirements* Education: MBA degree is required.* Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage management, preferably in restaurants, cafés, entertainment venues, or multi-outlet operations.* Strong knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, budgeting, and profitability analysis.* Proven experience in inventory management, purchasing, and supplier negotiations.* Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting systems.* Experience with POS systems and F&B management software.* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.* Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)* Revenue growth and profitability.* Food and beverage cost percentage.* Inventory accuracy and waste reduction.* Customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.* Staff productivity and turnover.* Compliance with food safety and quality standards.Reporting ToGeneral Manager / Operations Director.
