Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Objectives:Mechanical design and development of parts and electronic products for the automotive industry.Mechanical design (plastic/metal/sheet metal). 3D CAD Design (in CATIA V5); 2D Drawings; Stack-up analysis; Feasibility studies.Mechanical support of the products and productions - release, changes, etc.;Design to meet DFM and DFA requirementsTolerance AnalysisCommunication and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.Qualification, Experience and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in the field of mechanical engineering or relatedPreferred PS-4 level candidates (4~9yrs experience)Experience in electro-mechanical product design3D models design – GSD (Generative surface design – Class A,) parts and assemblies (CAD Tool – CATIA V5 must)2D drawings preparation (CAD Tool – CATIA V5 must)Experience in Tolerance stack-up & GD&T (Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing)Experience in Plastic, Sheet metal, die casting component design.Experience in DFM and DFA requirements.Fluent in verbal and written English
