Mechanical Design Engineer

Product Research and DevelopmentResearch product functions, features, structures, and operating principles.Analyze customer requirements and market trends to propose suitable design solutions.Propose design and testing plans, as well as material and component selections for production.2. Design and Production PreparationDevelop general arrangement drawings, detailed drawings, component assemblies, and assembly instructions.Coordinate with the engineering team and suppliers to ensure compliance with technical requirements.Monitor, inspect, and technically evaluate materials, components, or equipment within the scope of responsibility.3. Production Implementation and AssemblyCoordinate product assembly and testing activities at the factory.Monitor the production process and resolve technical issues as they arise.Participate in equipment inspections, trial runs, and performance evaluations before handover.4. Testing, Inspection, and TrainingInspect and evaluate product specifications and technical performance.Provide guidance on equipment installation, operation, maintenance, and repair.Support technical training for relevant departments when required.5. Technical Documentation ManagementPrepare, update, and maintain technical drawings, engineering instructions, user manuals, catalogs, and training materials.Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation: College diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Experience in structural design and mechanical component design. Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, metal forming processes, and assembly procedures is an advantage.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit is an advantage.Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications.Language Skills: Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
