Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our Projects in RiyadhKey ResponsibilitiesReview tenant mechanical and MEP drawings, technical submissions, and shop drawings.Coordinate HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, and other mechanical systems.Ensure tenant designs comply with approved MEP provisions, technical standards, and fit-out requirements.Monitor tenant MEP fit-out works and conduct site inspections.Identify technical issues, non-compliant works, and coordinate corrective actions.Support testing, commissioning, snagging, completion, and handover activities.Coordinate with tenants, consultants, contractors, Leasing, Development, Facility Management, Operations, and other technical disciplines.Maintain technical documentation, inspection records, approved drawings, and correspondence.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.3–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, MEP design, building services, retail fit-out, or construction projects.Practical experience with HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, and MEP coordination.Experience reviewing mechanical drawings and technical submissions.Experience with site inspections, snagging, and rectification works.Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.Experience in mall, retail, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial development projects is preferred.Strong technical review, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
