The ideal candidate will support medical affairs programs, manage scientific communications, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and provide medical expertise to ensure evidence-based decision-making and successful healthcare initiatives.🚀 Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute medical affairs strategies, plans, and programs aligned with organizational objectives, therapeutic priorities, and healthcare standards• Manage scientific engagement activities with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), researchers, clinical experts, and healthcare organizations• Collaborate with clinical research, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, marketing, market access, commercial, compliance, and executive leadership teams to support medical initiatives• Provide medical and scientific expertise for clinical programs, product development, evidence generation, medical education, and healthcare communication activities• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including medical education effectiveness, scientific engagement activities, stakeholder satisfaction, publication impact, clinical program milestones, and compliance performance• Develop and review medical content including scientific presentations, publications, training materials, advisory board documents, medical communications, and educational resources• Support clinical studies, investigator-sponsored research, real-world evidence initiatives, and evidence generation programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders• Organize and manage medical advisory boards, scientific meetings, congress activities, healthcare professional engagements, and educational programs• Ensure compliance with medical, ethical, regulatory, and industry standards including Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP), applicable healthcare regulations, and organizational policies• Analyze scientific literature, clinical data, market insights, and emerging healthcare trends to provide strategic recommendations and medical insights• Utilize Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, Medical Information Systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and analytics tools to manage medical affairs activities and reporting• Prepare medical affairs reports, scientific summaries, performance dashboards, executive briefings, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership• Lead, mentor, and develop medical affairs specialists, scientific communication teams, and cross-functional stakeholders while fostering a culture of scientific integrity, collaboration, compliance, and continuous improvement✅ Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field preferred• Advanced clinical qualifications such as Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), PhD in Life Sciences, or equivalent are highly advantageous• 5+ years of experience in medical affairs, clinical research, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related medical roles• 2+ years of experience managing medical affairs programs, scientific engagement initiatives, or healthcare professional partnerships preferred• Strong understanding of medical affairs strategy, clinical research, evidence generation, scientific communication, healthcare regulations, and compliance requirements• Experience with CTMS platforms, CRM systems, medical information systems, clinical databases, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and healthcare analytics tools• Familiarity with regulatory submissions, real-world evidence (RWE), pharmacovigilance, medical education, publications, digital health technologies, and patient-centric healthcare initiatives is advantageous• Strong scientific, analytical, strategic thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, scientific writing, and cross-functional collaboration abilities• Ability to translate complex medical data into meaningful insights that support healthcare innovation, patient outcomes, and business objectives• Ability to work independently in remote and hybrid healthcare environments🌟 What We Offer• Flexible remote / hybrid work opportunity within the United Arab Emirates• Competitive compensation package• Professional development and healthcare leadership growth opportunities• Exposure to medical innovation, clinical research, evidence-based healthcare initiatives, and global healthcare programs• Collaborative and science-driven work environment• Supportive culture focused on integrity, innovation, patient impact, and continuous improvement• Opportunity to shape medical strategies that improve healthcare outcomes and advance scientific excellence• Clear career progression within medical affairs, clinical strategy, healthcare leadership, life sciences management, and executive healthcare functions
