📢 WE ARE HIRING | OPERATIONS MANAGER – HEALTHCARE / MEDICAL SERVICES🏥 Industry: Healthcare / Medical Services / General Clinic Chain💼 Position: Operations Manager💰 Salary: Open for Discussion – Based on Candidate's Experience & Expectations🇻🇳 Nationality: Vietnam Candidates OnlyCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSMust have solid hands-on operations management experience within the Healthcare / Medical Services industry.Strong preference for candidates from General Clinics, Multi-Specialty Clinics, Clinic Chains, or Hospitals.Proven track record in managing healthcare operations, preferably across multiple clinics or medical facilities.Strong understanding of Clinical Operations, Healthcare Administration, Patient Services, and Medical Service Quality Standards.Demonstrated experience in overseeing daily operations, workforce management, service delivery, and operational performance.Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, including coordination with doctors, nurses, medical professionals, and administrative staff.Strong expertise in SOP Development & Implementation, KPI Management, Operational Excellence, Process Optimization, and Service Quality Improvement.Experience in managing operational budgets, resource allocation, cost control, and overall operational efficiency.Candidates with a Healthcare / Medical background who have progressed into Operations Management are highly preferred.Candidates whose experience is primarily in Aesthetic Clinics, Beauty Services, or Sales-driven Management roles will not be considered suitable.Good English communication skills are required.Strong leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.HOW TO APPLYInterested candidates are welcome to submit their updated CV Through Linkedin.
