Qualifications

• MD or DO Required * Prefer experience in Urgent Care, Occ Med, Occupational Health, Industrial Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine or related* DOT Certified * Current DEA licensure* Active AZ Medical License in good standingInterested in hearing more?
