Mergers, Acquisitions & Strategic Investments- Identify and execute acquisitions of financial institutions, asset management businesses, investment companies, and strategic corporate assets.- Structure mergers, acquisitions, equity investments, joint ventures, and institutional partnerships.- Conduct financial valuations, acquisition due diligence, and transaction negotiations.- Coordinate acquisition financing and post-acquisition portfolio integration.2. Institutional Capital Raising- Independently arrange investment capital ranging from USD 4 million to USD 50 million per project.- Mobilize funds through GCC family offices, private investors, investment banks, institutional lenders, and private equity firms.- Present credible funding commitments and verified investor relationships.- Structure secured financing, equity participation, acquisition financing, and institutional credit facilities.- Lead investment negotiations, term sheets, and financial closing procedures.3. India–UAE Banking Portfolio Development- Arrange capital for proposed banking-related acquisitions, mortgage financing, asset-backed lending, and financial portfolio development.- Identify regulated banking and financial businesses suitable for acquisition or strategic partnership.- Develop India–UAE cross-border investment structures in coordination with licensed professionals.- Establish institutional funding partnerships supporting long-term capital deployment.4. Target: 2X Portfolio Development- Develop strategies targeting portfolio asset growth of up to 2X through acquisitions, structured financing, capital deployment, and asset optimization.- Evaluate collateral coverage, leverage, liquidity, and investment risks.- Establish measurable financial performance targets and investment monitoring systems.- Demonstrate the ability to manage substantial investment portfolios while protecting investor interests.The 2X portfolio objective is a strategic target, not a guaranteed investment return.Mandatory Candidate Requirements- Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in investment banking, M&A, project finance, private equity, or institutional capital raising.- Must be based in or professionally established within the GCC region.- Proven ability to arrange financing between USD 4 million and USD 50 million.- Direct access to ready investment capital, family offices, banks, or institutional funding partners.- Demonstrated experience in multimillion-dollar acquisitions and financial portfolio management.- Strong knowledge of corporate valuations, financial structuring, banking transactions, and investment regulations.- Ability to develop and manage investment portfolios targeting 2X asset growth.- Willingness to assume strategic responsibility as an equity partner.Equity Partnership & CompensationThis is strictly an equity partnership opportunity, not a conventional salaried employment position.- Equity Ownership: Negotiable based on verified capital contribution, funding commitments, and strategic responsibilities.- Executive Salary: Considered only after actual capital contribution or successfully completed financing milestones, subject to agreement.- Performance Incentives: Based on successfully completed investments and realized business performance, where legally permissible.- Leadership Role: Opportunity to participate in BLACKBULL's international banking and investment portfolio expansion.Important Selection CriteriaBLACKBULL Group is not seeking advisory-only consultants, intermediaries without verified funding access, or applicants expecting guaranteed salaries without capital contribution.We require investment banking professionals with credible financial resources, established institutional relationships, and the ability to execute investment transactions.All proposed investments, acquisitions, and financing arrangements must comply with applicable India, UAE, and GCC regulatory requirements.Application RequirementsInterested applicants must provide:1.
