Key Responsibilities

Lead solution design and architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Design integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.Provide guidance on customization, configuration, and extension of Dynamics 365.Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, security standards, and governance.Lead technical workshops, solution reviews, and architecture discussions.Support pre-sales activities, solution estimations, and proposal development.Collaborate with developers, consultants, and functional teams during project delivery.Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.Drive data migration, deployment, and environment management strategies.Provide leadership and mentoring to technical teams.
