Mid-Senior Backend Engineer

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable Spring Boot microservices.Develop secure, reusable, and high-performance REST APIs.Design MongoDB collections, document models, indexes, and queries.Build integrations with enterprise systems and external APIs.Implement synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns.Develop event-driven solutions using Kafka or similar messaging platforms.Implement proper exception handling, validation, logging, retries, timeouts, and idempotency.Write clean, maintainable, and production-quality code.Develop unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, and related frameworks.Perform code reviews and enforce development standards.Troubleshoot application, MongoDB, API, integration, and performance issues.Support deployments and production incident resolution.Work closely with architects, QA, DevOps, and frontend teams.

Requirements
