Middle/Senior Business Analyst (BA)

1 - Project Overview:GE DataField Service Management Platform (Athena)Dự án phát triển nền tảng quản lý dịch vụ hiện trường thế hệ mới cho một tập đoàn năng lượng công nghiệp toàn cầu, nhằm số hóa và hợp nhất toàn bộ hoạt động Field Service Operations trên một hệ thống duy nhất. Nền tảng được thiết kế theo kiến trúc cloud-native, mobile-first, hỗ trợ các quy trình lập kế hoạch, điều phối nguồn lực, quản lý công việc, tài sản và báo cáo vận hành. Đội ngũ tham gia theo mô hình Agile/SAFe với các vai trò BA, PM, Architect, UX, Frontend và Backend để xây dựng sản phẩm có khả năng mở rộng cho nhiều đơn vị kinh doanh. Dự án áp dụng Product Mindset, tập trung vào trải nghiệm người dùng, hiệu quả vận hành và cải tiến liên tục dựa trên dữ liệu và phản hồi thực tế. Công nghệ hiện đại cùng định hướng ứng dụng AI được tích hợp nhằm nâng cao năng suất phát triển, tối ưu vận hành và hỗ trợ mở rộng hệ thống trong tương lai. 2 - Job Description:Responsibilities: Attend meetings, conduct workshops to understand end-user needs, their current processes, and collect their feedback on product ideas.Analyze, capture details, and document the requirements of customers. Produce design documents (wireframes, mock-up) for customers and development teams. Performing data analyses to identify data input, discrepancies, and resolve data issues to guarantee input data quality. Plan and provide guidance to users to perform UAT tests.Be responsible for backlog creation and management by creating features, user stories, monitoring issues, identifying improvements, and prioritizing works.Stay closely involved with development team, and stakeholders throughout the implementation phase to ensure successful delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders for product launch and user training. 3 - Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or a certificate in data analysis. Extensive experience in technical business analysis, preferably in automotive, supply chain industry. Advanced knowledge of programming languages like SQL and data analysis. Experience with Technical Business Analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Experience in UI/UX design.Ability to quickly learn and successfully deal with complexity. Benefits
