A market-leading, highly profitable global HealthTech scale-up engineering enterprise-grade, AI-driven digital health platforms for chronic condition management and continuous cardiovascular monitoring.Operating with several hundred employees globally and a premier R&D center in Israel, the company delivers mission-critical consumer and clinical solutions serving well over 100 million users across the US healthcare ecosystem.The platform ingests real-time biometric and physiological telemetry to provide intelligent predictive insights, clinical alerts, and personalized preventative care.Located in the Central District with direct access to train and light rail hubs, operating on a hybrid model with two days working from home.Role Description-Serving as a Senior Mobile & Full-Stack Platform Engineer, joining the core App Platform squad (an agile, high-impact team of 4 engineers and QA) with broad architectural ownership.Leading hands-on development (~80% React Native mobile architecture, alongside modern Web development and backend services in Python / Scala).Engineering foundational application infrastructure, shared client-side SDKs, design system components, and reusable modules utilized across all product feature squads.Architecting robust automated CI/CD pipelines, release management workflows, and performance monitoring tools for high-scale mobile deployments.Driving deep-dive investigations into complex client-side bottlenecks, memory profiling, render optimizations, and cross-platform native bridge interactions.Actively integrating AI-assisted development tools across daily engineering workflows, including analyzing, validating, and optimizing AI-generated code.Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Design, QA, and core Backend teams to deliver resilient, highly performant mobile healthcare experiences.Requirements-At least 7 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Engineer building high-scale, production-grade applications – MandatoryProven hands-on mobile application development experience – Mandatory, with either:Solid, proven production experience developing with React Native; ORPractical production experience developing with Kotlin, Swift, or Flutter alongside significant React experienceProven hands-on backend development experience in one or more modern languages (Python, Scala, Java, Ruby, or Go – Mandatory)Strong hands-on background architecting and querying Relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB – Mandatory)Practical experience utilizing AI-assisted developer tools within the daily software engineering lifecycle, with the ability to review, benchmark, and improve AI-generated code – MandatoryDemonstrated track record of technical ownership, self-direction, and fluent professional communication in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
