About the RoleMetelite Global is seeking an experienced MetaTrader 5 (MT5) Administrator to oversee the technical administration, configuration, maintenance, and stability of our Forex and CFD trading infrastructure.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing MT5 platform operations, trading server configurations, liquidity bridge connectivity, CRM integrations, and platform security.This is a hands-on technical position focused on ensuring reliable trading infrastructure and supporting the Dealing Desk through accurate system configuration and efficient technical troubleshooting.Key ResponsibilitiesMT5 Platform AdministrationAdminister and maintain MT5 Server, Administrator, and Manager environments.Configure and maintain trading symbols, account groups, leverage, margin requirements, spreads, swaps, commissions, and trading sessions in accordance with approved specifications.Manage trading account configurations, access permissions, and approved account adjustments.Monitor platform availability, server performance, system logs, and price-feed connectivity.Investigate and resolve MT5 platform errors, login issues, configuration discrepancies, and system-related trading incidents.Coordinate platform upgrades, maintenance activities, and technical changes.Liquidity Bridge & LP ConnectivityConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot MT5 liquidity bridge integrations and liquidity provider (LP) connections.Manage technical symbol mapping, price-feed connectivity, markup configurations, and approved order-routing parameters.Implement A-Book/B-Book routing configurations strictly in accordance with documented instructions and approvals from the authorised Dealing/Risk team.Monitor technical connectivity, execution latency, rejected orders, and system-generated errors.Troubleshoot bridge failures, FIX API connectivity issues, pricing discrepancies, and order-routing malfunctions.Coordinate with liquidity providers, bridge vendors, and hosting partners to resolve technical incidents.CRM & System IntegrationsMaintain technical integrations between MT5, brokerage CRM, client portals, and back-office systems.Ensure the accurate synchronisation of client accounts, account groups, balances, trading permissions, and transaction records.Support automated trading account creation, approved account updates, and internal fund transfer workflows.Diagnose and resolve API connectivity issues, data synchronisation failures, and system integration errors.Coordinate with CRM vendors and internal teams to maintain operational continuity.Trading Infrastructure & SecurityMonitor MT5 server health, resource utilisation, platform uptime, and technical performance.Coordinate server maintenance, backup verification, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.Maintain role-based system access, administrator permissions, and platform security controls.Review technical logs, system alerts, and platform audit trails.Maintain configuration documentation, incident reports, and change management records.Implement production configuration changes only after obtaining the required approvals.Technical Support & Cross-Functional CoordinationProvide technical support to the Dealing Desk, Risk Management, Finance, Compliance, and Customer Support teams.Investigate trade execution discrepancies from a technical and system configuration perspective.Support the implementation and technical operation of approved trading conditions and risk-management controls.Escalate system failures, connectivity disruptions, and critical technical incidents promptly.Coordinate with MetaQuotes, liquidity providers, bridge vendors, and infrastructure partners.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of hands-on MT5 administration experience, preferably within a Forex/CFD brokerage.Strong practical knowledge of MT5 Administrator, MT5 Manager, and trading server configurations.Experience managing trading groups, symbols, leverage, margin settings, commissions, swaps, and platform permissions.Hands-on experience with liquidity bridges, LP integrations, price feeds, and order-routing configurations.Understanding of A-Book/B-Book and hybrid execution models from a technical implementation perspective.Experience troubleshooting MT5 trading environments, platform connectivity, and execution-related technical issues.Knowledge of CRM integrations, APIs, trading server infrastructure, and system security.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage critical technical incidents in a live trading environment.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Centroid, T4B, PrimeXM, oneZero, FXCubic, or equivalent bridge technologies.Familiarity with FIX API, MT5 Web API, and brokerage CRM integrations.Experience with Windows Server administration, networking, server monitoring, and disaster recovery.Understanding of MT5 plugins, IB commission configurations, and trading platform reporting.Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.ImportantThis is a technical MT5 administration and trading infrastructure position, not a Dealer, Trader, or Trading Risk Manager role.The MT5 Administrator is responsible for implementing approved trading configurations and maintaining system reliability. Decisions regarding client exposure, hedging, A-Book/B-Book allocation, and trading risk remain with the authorised Dealing/Risk team.
