Through its international competition and university-based programs, Hult Prize promotes social entrepreneurship, sustainable development, and youth leadership.Hult Prize Saudi Arabia's National Team contributes to advancing this mission at the national level by coordinating initiatives, strengthening university engagement, building strategic partnerships, and supporting the development of student-led ventures. Following Saudi Arabia's historic achievement at the Hult Prize 2026 Global Finals, the National Team is working to build on this success and expand the impact of the 2026–2027 season.Role OverviewAs a National Team Volunteer at Hult Prize Saudi Arabia, contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of national initiatives that promote entrepreneurship, innovation, and youth empowerment. The role offers opportunities to collaborate across multiple specialized committees according to organizational needs, individual strengths, and team priorities.ResponsibilitiesContribute to the activities of multiple National Team committees, supporting cross-functional collaboration and national program objectives.People & Culture: Support team coordination, volunteer engagement, and initiatives that foster an effective and collaborative working environment.Partnerships & Outreach: Assist in building relationships with universities, incubators, investors, and other ecosystem stakeholders.Program & Mentorship: Support entrepreneurship programs, training initiatives, mentor engagement, and student team development.Marketing & Media: Contribute to awareness campaigns, content development, communications, and media activities.Tech & Operations: Support digital platforms, database management, operational reporting, and process improvement initiatives.Events & Logistics: Assist in planning and coordinating national events, summits, competitions, and related logistical activities.Collaborate with fellow volunteers and committee leads to ensure effective execution of assigned tasks and alignment with national objectives.Contribute to initiatives that strengthen student participation, promote social entrepreneurship, and support Saudi Arabia's innovation ecosystem in line with Vision 2030.QualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational, coordination, and time-management abilities.Ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to multiple workstreams.Proactive problem-solving skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.Interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, sustainability, and youth development.Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver assigned tasks within deadlines.Professional interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.What Success Looks LikeSuccess in this role means making meaningful contributions across relevant committees, supporting the effective delivery of national initiatives, strengthening collaboration among universities and ecosystem stakeholders, and helping create opportunities for student entrepreneurs to develop solutions with measurable social impact.
