Theideal candidate will have a strong background in neonatal or maternity nursing, excellent knowledge of newborn development, and the ability to provide a safe,hygienic, and nurturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide attentive, professional care for the newborn.Monitor the baby's health, feeding patterns, sleeping routines, and overall well-being.Assist with breastfeeding support, bottle feeding, burping, and sterilization of feeding equipment.Handle diaper changes, bathing, dressing, and daily hygiene.Establish and maintain healthy sleeping and feeding routines in accordance with pediatric guidance. Monitor developmental milestones and report any concerns to the parents.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the baby's nursery, clothing, and equipment. Accompany the family to pediatric appointments when required.Recognize signs of illness or medical emergencies and respond appropriately.Maintain strict confidentiality and respect the family's privacy.RequirementsNursing diploma or bachelor's degree in nursing.Previous experience caring for newborns, preferably in a private household, maternity ward, or neonatal unit. Strong knowledge of newborn safety, hygiene, feeding, and development.Infant CPR and first-aid certification preferred.Excellent communication skills in English.Patient, gentle, trustworthy, and highly attentive to detail. Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the family.References from previous employers are preferredQualifications Experience with newborns aged 0–6 months.Previous employment as a private maternity nurse or newborn care specialist.Experience supporting first-time parents.Ability to travel with the family when required.
