We are looking for a results-driven Off Plan Specialist with UAE real estate sales experience, strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market and a proven ability to convert leads into clients and property transactions. Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience. Candidates from luxury sales may be considered with a strong, demonstrable sales record. Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market, including new launches, developers, communities and payment plans. Experience selling off-plan residential or commercial properties. Good understanding of property investment opportunities and current market trends. Demonstrated sales performance and the ability to convert fresh leads into clients. Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills. Valid UAE driving licence. Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently. 50%–70% commission.
