We are offering now a set of exciting positions ,across our premises in various locations, covering multiple departments and areas of expertise.We are currently looking for an Operations Controller who will oversee the business and financial operations of the company and share responsibility for the organization's economic and financial performance. Specifically, the position performs financial & operation analysis, develops financial planning processes, monitors & control the overall cost of the Company and designs and implements overall business plans. This position requires working knowledge of controlling disciplines, reporting, analysis, cost control & optimization, etc.What will you do:Budgeting & ForecastingDevelop and manage project budgetsPrepare forecasts and financial projectionsMonitor budget adherence and flag variancesAnalyze financial performance and variances against budgetDevelop operational budgets in collaboration with operations managersCost Monitoring, Reporting & OptimizationTrack actual costs vs. budgeted costsPrepare detailed cost reports for managementAnalyze cost trends and provide insightsMonitor direct and indirect operational costsConduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget costs)Support cost-reduction initiatives and lean operationsCollaborate with project managers to control costsEnsure timely and accurate cost allocationMonitor subcontractor and supplier costsBusiness Performance MonitoringTrack and analyze KPIs and operational metricsProvide insights to improve profitability and efficiencyIdentify cost drivers and operational bottlenecksReporting, Decision Support & Variance AnalysisDeliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsProvide regular reports for operations and finance managementSupport investment decisions with ROI and cost-benefit analysisSupport management with ad hoc financial analysisInvestigate and explain cost variancesRecommend corrective actions to stay within budgetFinancial Audits & ComplianceSupport internal and external auditsEnsure compliance with financial regulations and company policiesERP & Financial Systems ManagementMaintain and optimize cost control systems (e.g., SAP, BI, etc.)Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial systemsWhat you need to be successful: A BSc in Finance, Engineering or related fieldAt least 5-6 years of relevant experience in a similar position in a multinational companyProven experience in controlling, financial analysis, forecasting, investment appraisal, cost control & optimization, etcWorking commercial experience in a regulated environmentCertifications as ACCA and/or CFA will be considered a plusGood command of the English language. Be familiar with ERP SAP (CO/PA, PS),CRM software, MS Office. Excellent written and oral communication Strong time management skills.
