Tailor my CV for this job — freeAbout the roleYou'll build the systems that run Shamaazi's operations and automate what repeats, working directly with the CEO. You will run our day-to-day business operations and leadership cadence, keep our people and compliance essentials flawless, and use automation and AI to keep pace with product and engineering as we launch new products ahead of Ramadan, our busiest period of the year. You will also help our leadership team run their areas well, so the CEO can stay focused on the big decisions rather than the day to day. This role suits an operator who happens to be technical, equally strong at running things and building things: someone with energy and a positive outlook, high agency, comfortable acting on 60% of the information, and a fixer rather than just a problem finder. You love structure and detail, build your own automations rather than waiting for them, care about the team and culture, say the hard thing early, and never stop at the first no.About usShamaazi is a tech company with a mission to build human connections through giving.
