We sell through our eshop, our own stores in Athens, Athens International Airport and Mykonos Airport, and a growing network of wholesale and B2B partners in Greece and abroad. Our mission: to build the first truly international Greek summer brand.The RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to run our day-to-day operations and build the foundations for international growth. You'll work closely with the CEO and leadership team in a fast-paced environment, with real impact from day one. You'll lead our shift to AI-first operations, using Claude to build the dashboards, reports and automations that run the business.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor progress across teams against agreed timelines and priorities.Lead through others: delegate clearly, follow up and hold teams accountable.Run a clear weekly rhythm of meetings, minutes, action lists and follow-ups.Set goals, owners and deadlines, and track them.Build dashboards, reports and automations in Claude, connected to our ERP, e-shop, retail and wholesale data, so the team always sees where things stand.Design and improve processes across production, logistics, e-commerce, wholesale and retail, with a focus on efficiency, quality and cost.Support new store rollouts, wholesale and B2B exports, and hiring and onboarding.What We're Looking For5+ years in operations or project management; experience in fashion, retail or consumer products is a plus.Proven people management, with strong soft skills and integrity.Strong project management habits: clear goals, owners and deadlines, tracked and shared.AI-native: you build your own dashboards, reports and automations with Claude, and can show us what you've made.A self-starter who turns ideas into action and follows through without being chased.A fast, proactive communicator who stays calm and in control during peak season.Strong with Excel and data; ERP experience (SoftOne is a plus).Fluency in Greek and English.Why Join UsHelp build the first truly international Greek summer brand.Join at a transformative moment, with real impact and room to grow.A passionate, entrepreneurial team and a competitive salary.How to ApplyApply here, or email us at people@sunofabeach.com.
