Operations Manager

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in healthcare/hospital operations, with the ability to manage branch operations, administration, patient care services, and coordinate effectively with doctors and support teams to ensure smooth branch functioning.Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day branch operations and hospital administration.- Ensure smooth patient flow, registration, billing, and patient care services.- Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams to ensure efficient consultations and patient support.- Supervise front office, patient care, and other support staff.- Manage staff scheduling, resource allocation, and administrative activities.- Monitor patient experience, service quality, and operational performance.- Handle patient grievances and resolve operational issues promptly.- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.- Prepare operational MIS reports and support management in achieving branch targets.- Drive operational efficiency and maintain high standards of patient satisfaction.Requirements- 5+ years of experience in healthcare/hospital operations.- Experience in hospital branch administration or centre management is preferred.- Strong leadership and team-management skills.- Excellent communication and coordination skills, particularly in working with doctors and clinical teams.- Good problem-solving, decision-making, and administrative capabilities.- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and ensure effective branch functioning.- Experience in eye hospitals or multispecialty hospitals will be an added advantage.
