مدير تشغيل تعلن شركة جادة الغذاء عن حاجتها إلى مدير تشغيل سعودي الجنسية، يمتلك خبرة قوية في تشغيل المطاعم لدى علامات تجارية معروفة، ليقود فرق الفروع ويدعم خطط النمو والتوسع.المهام الرئيسية:إدارة العمليات اليومية للفروع ومتابعة أدائهاتحقيق أهداف المبيعات والربحية ومؤشرات الأداء التشغيليةضبط تكلفة الغذاء والعمالة وتقليل الهدرضمان تطبيق معايير الجودة وسلامة الغذاء والاشتراطات البلدية والصحيةرفع مستوى تجربة العميل ومعالجة أسباب الشكاوىقيادة مديري الفروع وتطويرهم، والإشراف على خطط التدريب والجداول التشغيليةالمشاركة في تجهيز وافتتاح الفروع الجديدةالمتطلبات:سعودي الجنسيةالإقامة في مدينة الرياضخبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في تشغيل المطاعم، منها 3 سنوات في منصب قياديخبرة سابقة لدى علامات تجارية قوية في قطاع المطاعمخبرة في إدارة عدة فروعمعرفة قوية بتحليل تقارير المبيعات وقوائم الأرباح والخسائر (P&L) والتكاليفمهارات عالية في القيادة وحل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارمكان العمل: الرياضOperations Manager | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia FOOD AVENUE is seeking a qualified Saudi national for the position of Operations Manager The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in restaurant operations, preferably with well-established and reputable restaurant brands, and possess the ability to lead multi-branch operations teams while supporting the company's growth and expansion strategy.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of all restaurant branches, ensuring operational efficiency and consistent performance.
• Drive sales growth, achieve profitability targets, and monitor key operational performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor and control food and labor costs, implement cost-saving measures, and minimize operational waste.
• Ensure full compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and all applicable municipal and health requirements.
• Enhance the overall customer experience and identify and address the root causes of customer complaints.
• Lead, supervise, and develop branch managers, while overseeing staff training programs and operational workforce scheduling.
• Participate in the planning, preparation, and successful opening of new restaurant branches.Qualifications and Requirements
• Must be a Saudi national.
• Must be currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in restaurant operations, including at least 3 years in a senior management or leadership role.
• Previous experience with well-established and reputable brands in the restaurant industry.
• Proven experience in managing and overseeing multiple restaurant branches.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in analyzing sales reports, Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, and operational cost structures.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
