Operations Manager (Health & Wellness)

We are looking for an Operations Manager for a Health & Wellness company based in the UAE.Location – Dubai, UAESalary – 10,000 – 25,000 AED/monthQualifications & Experience:8-10 years of experience in vocational beauty education, operational management and compliance oversight within beauty training institutesAdvanced knowledge of CIDESCO, CIBTAC and ITEC standards, with a track record of successful compliance managementDiploma in Esthetics/Skin Care required; a Bachelor's or Associate degree is an advantageDHA Allied Health Professional licence is a plusProven experience leading diverse teams across sales, education and administrationStrong sales acumen, with the ability to drive performance and achieve revenue goalsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital learning and analytics platformsExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and client serviceFlexibility to work evenings and weekends as neededValid UAE driving lisence required

Key Responsibilities

Leading, developing and inspiring the education, sales and administrative teams to build a high-performing culture focused on student successManaging instructors and staff through performance reviews, KPI setting, training and skills developmentContributing to strategic planning and growth initiatives as part of the senior leadership teamLeading the sales team to meet enrolment and revenue targets, and aligning strategy with MarketingOverseeing administration to ensure efficient operations, accurate records and student satisfactionDesigning and delivering educational programmes that meet international standards, including CIDESCO, CIBTAC and ITECEnsuring full compliance with KHDA, DHA and other local and international regulatory and accrediting bodiesLeading curriculum development that reflects industry trends while meeting compliance standardsScheduling classes, instructors and training rooms to optimise facility useManaging inventory, consumables and assets, and overseeing budgets and expense reportsAnalysing performance data to identify opportunities and recommend improvementsOverseeing the online education platform and enhancing the student journey through to graduation and licensureOrganising industry events, guest lectures and networking opportunities, and delivering courses when requiredConducting regular audits of student records, instructor qualifications and classroom performanceKeeping up to date with regulatory changes and updating policies and procedures accordinglyAbout the role:We are looking for a seasoned Operations Manager to lead a beauty vocational training institute that is part of a fast-growing health and wellness group in Dubai. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee every aspect of the institute, including operations, sales, education, compliance and administration, and lead teams of educators, sales and admin staff. You will make sure programmes meet internationally recognised standards such as CIDESCO, CIBTAC and ITEC, and that the institute stays fully compliant with KHDA and DHA requirements. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance, you will drive enrolments, revenue and an outstanding student experience. The role is based at the Dubai facility, with the opportunity to support expansion into the wider GCC.
