We've raised a $22M Series A and are growing fast.About The RoleAs an Operations Specialist you'll work with our operations team on a variety of data-driven projects, including generating quotes and onboarding our new customers, all while making top-of-market pay. Success in this role is measured by being extremely process-oriented, methodical, organized, and comfortable working with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and relevant tools. This is a hands-on, high-energy role with real opportunity to grow. You'll work onsite in Lahore, on a U.S. schedule, with direct coaching, training, and feedback from experienced leaders.What You'll DoProcess new insurance applications, renewals, cancellations, and premium paymentsConduct fact-finding to generate and follow up on insurance quotations and endorsementsMaintain and update client records accurately in the databaseGet on calls with customers and insurance carriers to gather information, answer questions, and ensure timely processingPerform data entry tasks with efficiency and a high degree of accuracyAssist in internal and external audits and compliance checksResolve any issues or discrepancies in documentation or company recordsHandle customers' queries and feedback professionallySupport the creation of operational reports and analytics for management reviewOwn the successful completion of operations projects, ensuring timely deliveryFollow established processes to deliver consistent, high-quality resultsAchieve and consistently exceed project goals and performance metricsManage time effectively to complete daily goals and tasksWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field0–2 years of professional experience, ideally in a high-growth startup environment.
