Job SummaryOur leading healthcare facility is seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon to diagnose, treat, and manage musculoskeletal conditions, including bone, joint, ligament, tendon, and muscle disorders. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in orthopaedic surgical procedures, trauma management, and the treatment of complex musculoskeletal conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage a wide range of orthopaedic conditions and musculoskeletal disordersPerform elective and emergency orthopaedic surgical proceduresManage fractures, joint injuries, sports injuries, and degenerative musculoskeletal conditionsPerform procedures such as fracture fixation, joint reconstruction, and other orthopaedic surgeries based on clinical expertiseEvaluate patients and develop appropriate surgical and non-surgical treatment plansProvide preoperative and postoperative care, including monitoring recovery and rehabilitationManage orthopaedic trauma and surgical emergenciesCollaborate with physiotherapists, radiologists, pain specialists, and other healthcare professionalsMaintain accurate patient records and ensure high standards of clinical careRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent internationally recognized primary medical qualificationRelevant Master's degree, postgraduate specialist qualification, fellowship, or equivalent internationally recognized qualification in Orthopaedic SurgeryMinimum 3 years of post-specialization clinical experience preferredProven experience in orthopaedic surgical procedures and trauma managementExperience in joint replacement, arthroscopy, or other subspecialty procedures is an advantageStrong surgical skills, clinical judgment, and patient-management abilitiesBenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePaid Time OffTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
