We are growing and looking for team members who want to help shape the future of AI-driven recruitment.Role Description As an Owner at Talentspace.ai, you will take full responsibility for driving the company’s vision, strategy, and growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, where you will oversee product development, business operations, and market expansion. Day-to-day, you will define and refine the product roadmap, collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, and build partnerships with clients and stakeholders. You will manage budgets, set performance goals, and ensure that the platform delivers a high-quality AI recruiting experience, covering sourcing, vetting, verifying, interviewing, and hiring workflows. The role also involves leading fundraising or investment discussions as needed, representing the company publicly, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.Qualifications Experience in product strategy and ownership, including defining roadmaps, prioritizing features, and aligning teams around business goals.Background in business development, partnerships, or sales, with the ability to grow client relationships and expand into new markets.Familiarity with AI technologies, recruiting tools, or HR tech platforms, and comfort working with technical teams to deliver software products.Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience building and guiding cross-functional teams.Financial and operational management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and setting measurable performance indicators.Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on clear, inclusive leadership.Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of ownership, resilience, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and growth-stage challenges.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is beneficial; previous founder, co-founder, or senior leadership experience is a strong plus.
