• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Principal* Manage the Principal's calendar, appointments, and meetings* Prepare, review, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents* Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion* Coordinate communication between the Principal, teachers, parents, students, and administration* Follow up on assigned tasks, deadlines, and action points* Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes when required* Assist with daily school operations and administrative activities* Maintain accurate records and filing systems* Support the Principal in coordinating school events and activities* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or Personal Assistant role, preferably in an international school* Excellent command of written and spoken English* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills* Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)* Ability to handle confidential matters professionally* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines* A proactive, flexible, and professional attitudeSafeguarding Statement: Westview International Language School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students.
